Busy Bee

That’s me!   Haha  Anyway, I haven’t been on here because I’ve been doing a lot around the house. 

Saturday night my mom watched the baby and Dave, DB, DB’s sisters and one husband, and me went to a bar.  A friend of ours’ band was playing there (he’s in it), so we decided to go. Well, several beers later and DB and I were up dancing the night away. lol It was so much fun. I needed to get out and have a good time after these past couple weeks.  This cute guy even asked me to dance. Yeah, I felt good after that too.  Of course I declined because I’m married, but hey it still made my night!!! Dave’s not a dancer. I think if he hadn’t been the designated driver that night, we could of got him liquored up enough to at least shake his butt a little for me.   Ah well, he was happy I had a good time.  The band played mostly 80’s rock tunes (popular ones that most anybody from the era would know) and I sang my heart out. My throat still hurts from that too.  So after the bar we headed home to a bed with NO toddler. Ahhh it was great. My mom wasn’t going to bring her to our house till later in the afternoon, so we both slept in.  We ran to Wal-Mart before Keira came home and then around three they arrived. Keira was so happy to see us. It’s nice to be missed. My mom said she had a good time running around and watching Backyardigans. Her and Nina( I miss that dog) played and when Keira went to bed, Nina stood on guard watching her. That dog loves Keira like crazy.  We took Keira to the park that a little later and took the dog out to get some exercise. Then when we came home we just relaxed. 

Yesterday, I went through all my shoes and got rid of at least half a dozen pairs and went through my clothes and tossed some of that out too. I went into the attic and threw some stuff out from there as well. I think there’s four or five BIG hefty bags on the back porch and I’m sure I’ll have some more after today. I also did like five loads of laundry too. I’ll get those put away today and do some more. I’ll catch up with all of you soon! Gotta go get back to cleaning!!!
