Dave still hasn’t received an email from the partner at KPMG and it’s getting a little discouraging. He was out of the office last week when they were supposed to have their phone conversation, but this week he’s in the office and we still have heard nothing. He said he was “very interested” and yet he leaves us hanging. If he doesn’t hear anything from him this week, he plans to look elsewhere.

Dave will be out of town next week and the week after, and he’s taking the car, so I’ll be stuck at home. My friend DB might come up if she has a day off so I can get out of the house for a bit, or atleast have some adult company. I’m so looking forward to Dave finding a new job. I was really hoping this job with KPMG was going to pan out, but now it’s hard to say what’s going to happen.

I told Dave I needed to find a hobby. I’m so bored in afternoon when Keira’s napping. Anyone have any ideas?

I hope your friend can come up for a day. It would be very difficult not having a car at your disposal with a little one. I hope he either hears from the company or finds something else soon. Kevin is in the same situation – a company has YET to get back to him after saying the same thing. I surely hope Dave’s outcome is BETTER!

RYN: He does love it, but not until recently. He got it for his first birthday but just recently started going in and sitting down, or taking books in, etc. I’ve noticed though that he is starting to like “hide and seek”… so maybe that’s why he likes going in there lol.
