oh my gaaaahhhhhh

blah nothing at all remotely exciting has been happening. ok well maybe one or 2 things. i finally got hired on permanently at the company i was doing all that temp stuff for. so i got a pretty big raise and all the health benefits and paid vacation and holidays. so that pretty much rocks. oh and derek just got a 5 dollar raise so thats all pretty exciting for us. hmmmmm we’re thinking about buying a new truck. well not really new but new to us i guess. we kinda want a durango or a 2 door blazer or something cool but nowhere around here has anything decent. hmmmmm im really bored. i got off of work like 2 hours before derek so i get pretty bored. its like storming  so bad i should probably shut down the computer in case we have like a power outage or something. that would suck. this lady i work with, her name is mary, well everybody at work just adores her and thinks she’s the most gorgeous woman ever. even people in other departments are just in awwwww of her. ‘cuz derek works in another department and he always tells me about how everybody just talks about her all the time. its kinda funny ‘cuz i hear a bunch of stories and just assumptions about her and her husband and her family.  like every single guy just thinks that her husband is a big ass and they make up stories i guess. but its just like they make that stupid stuff up in their head so they can have their little fantasies about her leaving him for them or something. but in reality her husband is so freaking nice and treats her so good. and she is like really really down to earth and such a sweet person. but its funny ‘cuz of how everybody depicts her and talks about her. all we do is sit around and talk when our boss is gone she’s so sweet and funny. then derek has all the guys he works with asking about mary and all that just ‘cuz i work with her. its so funny. i didnt know that 40 year olds could produce so much drama. hehe anyway thats about as exciting as my life gets these days. kinda sad. haha oh we did go see ice age 2 the other day. it was so cute. i loved it. we went with my parents and my niece and nephew and they were like the best behaved kids in the whole theater i was very proud of them. oh god the other night my nephew was playing with his nerf gun thing and we were all eating dinner and we heard the nerf gun go off then my nephew go ‘ohhhhh my eye’ it was the funniest thing ever. nobody even got up to go check on him ‘cuz we were laughing so hard. poor guy had a big red mark under his eye. hehe it was cute though. i think that me and my sister are gonna go sing karaoke and play darts this weekend. i also thing dereks friends from out of town are coming down so we all might go out. im excited. i love going to karaoke. last time we went out dereks ex was there too. the one who he has his daughter with and she was being super cool. she bought us drinks and hung out. its so nice that she is pretty cool. makes our life a lot easier. ummmmmm oh oh oh yeah i forget i was gonna write about something way crazy that happened last weekend. well my mom called me and she said she had a weird message on her answering maching for me so i went over and listened to it. well it was ryan mccoys step mom. and i dont know if anybody remembers me ever talking about him but he’s the guy i was in love with forever and had dated on and off for like 2 years or something. well it was weird ‘cuz she never really liked me or him but she was calling trying to get a hold of me for him so i finally called her back ‘cuz curiosity got the best of me and she was like well ryans in prison and he wanted me to get a hold of you ‘cuz he wanted to write and apologize and talk to you. i was like ummmmmm and i didnt know what to say so she’s like well dont make up your mind right now let me give you his address so she like told me the whole story and gave me his address. its so weird though. kinda freaked me out. i cant believe that he’s in prison and all that. well i kinda can i guess. he did get pretty stupid there towards the end of our relationship and i definately knew that things had gotten worse for him. but at least this way i guess he’s getting at least some kind of help. it sucks that he had to get put into prison to make him stop. but nancy said he’s doing much better and everything. so i dunno it was all just a little bit weird. blah well im bored so im going to play on my psp we just got this new game that me and derek are obsessed with so i must go play it!!!!!
