Shelby and I went to Chili’s tonight. Our place. They know who we are, where we like to sit, and what we’re going to order now. Seriously, when we came in, the hostess pointed to the open booth in the smoking section and said, "Hey! Ya’ll enjoy!" Our waitress asked us what to drink, we both said, "Water, please," and didn’t pick up a menu. She said, "So, habanero wings then?" We changed it up a little and got honey chipotle chicken crispers (Shelby’s new fave). They were good.

Then we went to Starbucks and I surprised my baby sister with her hot chocolate–extra hot. 😛 We sat and talked about the presidents and tried to name them all. We had to call Matt for help. He had to look it up. We all fail! On the way home, we tried to name all the states and we were at number 49 when we saw a car on the side of the road–FLIPPED ON ITS SIDE!

We turned around and stopped to help and a frazzled guy came up to the car and told my sister that he was going to "find his friend" and then call the cops. He was gone (walking towards the gas station) before we could stop him. We got out and talked to another woman that stopped. She grabbed a flashlight and we tried to find the person (which is when we realized the guy we saw must have been in the truck) in the truck or on the side of the road. We had both called 911 by that point, and we waited on the highway patrol. Shelby went down to the gas station while I waited to see if she could find the guy. No sign of him, so she came back. The highwayman was there and told us we didn’t have to stay, so we left and rode around, both exclaiming that we needed a cigarette. We rode around the block and went by there again to see if the guy had returned. He was there, with about 4 other police cars, so we figured everything was alright.

It was quite an evening. Interesting to say the least.

Now, what is that last state!?

Wyoming! THAT’S what it was!
