How do you stop crying

I STOOD AND WATCHED

i stood and watched him walk out out of my life. gone .he was just a sillouet and i will remember this moment forever,walked away and left me and now the tears are burning my cheakes and stupid thoughs are coming into my head. i cant stop its as if somthing has taken over me. the last 3 words i said . I LOVE YOU X .

never use the words. they cause problems, never belive in them either they cause problems. I have become attatched  to a sinking ship unable to escape.
