Dear best friend
“You know when you stumble and someone’s already there, steady as a rock, never letting you fall? That’s you. Thank you for being the laughter that echos through the hardest times. Thank you for being a little light when it’s all dark and gloomy. Thank you for those late-night talks that filled my soul, for understanding without me even saying a word, for being my rock when the world felt shaky, for accepting my quirks and loving them too, for seeing the beauty in my chaos. Thank you for sharing your world and making it feel like mine. You have this knack for turning bad days into great stories, simply making memories out of mundane moments. You make “being there” an art form, showing up not just physically but with all your heart.” – Kay Campbell
As I was scrolling through TikTok today, I saw this entry that reminded me of my best friend. I’m not a wordsmith so I thought I would leave this here to showcase a little bit of how I feel about him. All I can really say is, thank you. He won’t ever see this post but I know he feels how much I care for him. At least I hope so. Happy thanksgiving V.
