He got a call back from his friend in the company and they already want to set up an interview without even seeing his resume first! He has to get it updated and prettified, but he is going to conquer that this weekend and then who knows. I’m really excited for him, I think he doesn’t realize how suppressed he’s been. He got comfortable crawling on the bottom when he can be doing so much more.

i can’t wait to hug him and tell him he’s WORTH a great job like this. He deserves an opportunity to shine and get appreciated properly for what he does. yeah, his boss gives him a Christmas bonus and takes us out to dinner, but he deserves that and more. I want this for my husband, not just for what it will do for our family, but what it can do for him. He’s good at what he does and he’s not being given the room to really flex his strengths. So I am very excited.

I had something else to say,but it’s time for my ass to go home. HASTA!

Companies like this are so wonderful too because they offer so many opportunities for someone like Will to shine. Not only that but he’ll be able to learn new things, learn new programming skills and take on new types of programming. He’ll be challenged in a positive way that will make him realize how awesome he truly is! I hope the fact that this company is so interested without seeing his resumeshows that he’s a class act and he starts to see it. I’m so happy for you guys and so happy for Will, this is so darn tootin’ exciting!!!!!!!!!!! Plus the fact that they are approaching him like this will make him a bit less afraid of the change. Change is scary when you don’t know if the company is all that interested and what not. I can’t wait!!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!
