tired and yuck

Tuesday is like Mondays evil twin, and it’s just so evil, nobody wants to mention that it’s evil, so it flies under the radar, taking out poor innocent souls along the way.

I got to bed early and slept like hell. I woke up every 45 minutes or so, until around 3 and then I slept till 5. But still.

yuck.

I hate this.

And everytime I woke up I heard weird noises like creaks and bangs like something was happening in the main part of the house so I kept getting up to check on my kids and yeah, horrible!

I also had weird dreams I can’t remember. blah.

so yesterday I went to pick up Baboo and it took him forever to finish some project he was doing. We got home around 6;30 and I proceeded to make experimental rosemary lemon chicken, rice pilaf (rice a roni, i’m not that good at making rice yet! ha ha), and string beans.

wheee!

The chicken was edible, but not super delicious. It needed less lemon juice, more pepper and salt and garlic. Yep.

Baboo was super sweet and did the dishes! I didn’t expect that! He was in a cleaning mood I guess. He was also super cuddly and nice and that was also very appreciated. I guess we’re starting out on a good foot with the living together thing.

My one issue is… how do I tell my parents? I know my kids are gonna blab about it the next time they see them even if I tell them to keep their lips shut. And I know I won’t be able to stop my father from freaking out about me "living in sin", even if he has been more mellow recently. somet things he can’t ignore.

blah.

We’ll see. My boys are supposed to go out there next week for the week, but if my brother is still with me, I might just keep them home.

damn it.

I’m not ready for the drama, of any kind.

We’ll see right?

My head hurts.

so the March of Dimes at my job is going to be raffling a yorkie puppy! How cute! I might buy a few tickets just for kicks. I know I won’t win, but how cute is that?!

Well, it’s time to start workin.

I just harvested a BUNCH of rice and tomatoes on Farm Town and pulled in OVER 10 GRAND IN COINS.

awesome, if you farm, you know it’s awesome.

what what?!

Anyway, later the dribble shall flow freely (I first wrote fro fleely… heee), but now I must focus and get some important work done.

bah!

I know about the telling your parents your living with someone, I knew my parents would freak out when my wife and I moved intogether *when we first started dating* But they had to realize if they wanted me and my son in their lives they needed to accept and respect my decisions…Good luck girl:)

haha definitely awesome harvest. 😛 if you win the puppy – send it to me! 🙂

Outside of everything hopefully your dad will understand having a room mate helps you out financially.

Woo Hooo!!! You big farming now!! I have a few crops in wait as we speak ( I think they shold be done today). As for your parents, I dont know. Maybe something to the effect of he was over there so much anyway, its not much of a difference?

Tell daddy you’re a big girl now and you can live as you want. he must trust that he raised you well enough to let you live a happy life. xo

Haha Patrick and I lived together for 5 months before we got married and my parents never found out! But we didn’t have any kids to blab 😛 I dunno. I guess just get it out there and hope for the best reaction? I didn’t want to tell my parents either, I figured they’d probably be upset, but who knows, sometimes parents surprise you and don’t react the way you expect.

Yikes. But yeah, it does help to have a room mate.

I had a Yorkie growing up, it was so cute!!! Her name was Bridget. 🙂 I think you should definitely keep them home, your brother is more than willing to help you!

Yorkies are so fun, we’ve had one for 14 years. Or is he 13? idk, but he’s pretty old, and still hanging in there. Kids are great for blabbing….

Wow. Tough situation. Makes me realize how lucky I was that my parents didn’t judge me when my (now husband) moved in with me. Of course, we had plans of marriage and he proposed four months later.
