I’m sorry I missed the "ugly spam" explosion. That would have amused me.

I guess it’s not really amusing and maybe I’m just evil.

Anyway, it’s Wednesday and I feel like a strange mix of sick, intoxicated, tired, and grouchy.

It’s not a very good combo.

Oh well.

I am about to take some Thera-flu and I hope it doesn’t make me too drowsy. I took it when I got home last night and I knocked out fo ra good hour after I had finished cooking dinner. You know what’s delicious? Sesame Ginger dressing used as a last second topping on chicken. The sugars crystalize and form this really yummy almost crunchy chewy gooey layer on the top of the chicken and it’s really yummy.

I never thought I’d like so much sweetness on my meats, but I do. Chicken and pork go really well with sweet sstuff. I know, that’s not new information for most people who cook, but it’s something I’m just now absorbing and understanding the joys of.

Anyway, I laid around a lot last night trying to give my body a chance to heal. I need to be at work because I’ve taken too much off and I need to conserve the sick time for when my kids are ill for now.

Baboo came home after 8 and was sweet and nice, even though a breaker had tripped and the microwave was out of service and I wasn’t able to re-heat his food. Around 9:20 the landlord called and told me how to fix it. Easy peasy. Now I know where the breaker box is located!

I feel like crap. Moving around this morning made me dizzy.

At least we get paid today! My money is already gone though, so WHAT EVER. ha ha.

I gotta go buy the tickets for the pirate adventure dinner thingie. I’ll be back. I must talk about:

*Getting assaulted on the train
