Survival of the fittest

I think I made it through my ocean of favs!!!

The weekend always leaves me with such a fun day of reading! ha ha. Of course, I always tend to forget a few in my scramble, and so if i’ve missed you, sowwy!!!

Today has really just sucked. I’ve had weird work to do and more coming my way and just stuff happening that shouldn’t have.

The bright spot is that I made 4 really successful phone calls with people hanging up with cheerful voices and no unanswered questions. So that was nice.

I have half an hour of work left… not even that, more like 20 minutes…

That’s really nice.

So two of my favs got their diaries suspended.

That’s so weird to me since neither of them were trouble makers or rowdy or anything and lots of their entries were favorites only.

I dunno… just weird.

It sucks when weird stuff happens and I’m out of the loop. I want to be IN THE LOOP!!!

So… I won’t be going to the gym today.

EXSCUSES EXSCUSES!!!

Well, I don’t have any gym clothes. I’m not ready with a snack or dinner really for the kids. So I’ve determined I’ll go tomorrow. I will cook extra food tonight and make sure I bring some handi snacks and granola bars with me to give them when I pick them up so we can go straight to the gym. Then I will do my work out and go home to a pre cooked dinner! Whee!

I will also try to do this on Friday… and perhaps Wednesday… but definitely Friday. I get off work earlier and such too.

That’s my goal! And maybe Saturday morning, but it’s so HARD getting up for the gym on a Saturday! ugh!

So Baboo has to come over tonight because he left his keys in my car. I have a feeling he’d much rather just go home and not bother. He has had a rough day today and is sure to be grouchy and not in the mood for much of anything…

But he can’t go home because I have his keys.

I feel bad for him because I know my kids will get on his nerves, but he won’t be coming by until after 7, so maybe they’ll have calmed down and it’ll be close to bedtime anyway.

He’ll probably just want to sleep, and that’s fine because I’ll play my video game! wheeee!

I am going to bake some chicken (and probably try to bake some more if I can get it defrosted… for tomorrows dinner) and make some rice to go with it… or some noodles. Not sure yet.

And yeah. tonight shall be pretty boring. At least that’s what I’m hoping.

Someone thought they were funny and posted pics of  a little kid kissing a pig in the bathroom (ya know, the swine flu signs they have up, yeah, next to those…).

I wonder if anyone got offended. I’ms ure they did.

I think one of my coworkers is taking me for ice cream on Wednesday.

She got me this Hoops and Yo Yo birthday card that screams "Ice cream! Ice cream! Ice cream!" when I open it and says a bunch of other hilarious stuff. it’s awesome.

anyway, I ramble because I don’t want to work.

but at least there is only 15 minutes left.
