Normally Crazy

this is totally gross:

So I use this plastic reusable water bottle to get my daily intake of water every day. I usually wash it in the sink here 3 or 4 times a week, skipping a day here and there, but no big deal, it’s just water right?  When I started getting sick it prompted me to do a super clean of everything around me to kill all the germs that might be lingering.

So I go to clean my bottle and I decided to really disinfect it… so you know the treads where the top screws on? (I don’t use a top)… well I used a towel to sorta dry in the little crevices really well…

and this horrible greyish gunk came out!

Upon closer inpsection, the bottles treads were TEEMING with greyish gunk of god knows what.. mold… filth… WHATEVER.

NO WONDER I GOT SICK.
it was so gross!!!!

Everytime i’d wiped in the tread, more junk would come out. God knows how long it has been there, even with my almost daily cleanings.

So I decided to NOT use that water bottle until I can go home and boil it and bleach it. Seriously, DISGUSTING.

I think I’ll start using a cup or a mug, at least that way there are no little wrinkles for nastiness to hide in! gross!!!!!

So I just found out that one of my co workers got a mild case of amnesia / short term memory loss. He usually comes to get water from the cooler (which is right next to me) every afternoon. I haven’t seen him for about a week or two, but I thought he went on vacation.

Well he was back today and everyone kept asking him "do you remember me?"

I thought that was weird, especially since he clearly remembered me with no problems, but was seeming to have issues remembering others. Anyway, I asked a co worker and she said that a few weeks ago they found he had a blood clot at the base of his neck. They were trying to dissolve it, but I guess it came loose and he had a stroke which caused him to lose his memory.

I guess it happened when he was driving home with a coworker and got real quiet. He says he totally forgot who he was with but didn’t say anything. He got home and his girlfriend went to visit him… and he answered the door with no pants on and had no clue who she was…

Which prompted him going to the hospital and then finding all this.

so crazy!

my back is so tensed up.

the meds must be on time release because I keep feeling normal then crazy then normal then crazy.

I can’t wait to get home.

i’ll be cooking like a mad woman because my little brother defrosted two things. I’m not sure what, but I’ll just cook them up and we’ll just freeze whatever I decide not to serve.

blah blah blah.

are you bored yet?

i sorta want to have sex right now.

loopy half drugged sex must be super fun.

well,i hope it is.

baboo won’t give me any, but i can dream.

hopefully we’ll be moving into the new room in the next few weeks. He’s already made an appt for the satellite to be switched over and his electricity is turned off. What a big thing! I can’t believe it’s happening. I don’t know how I’ll tell my parents, but I don’t plan on saying anything for a while. they do NOT approve of people living together outside of wedlock. but whatever. I can’t live my life for them… and i’m still married to some idiot in the breeze, so it’s not like we could get married if we even wanted to.

anyway, i want to get into the new room and have the ability to pounce on my mans dick whenever i please again. I miss spontaneous delicious sex. So, just a few more days and we should be able to move…

and then his ass is miiiiiiine.

so baboo didn’t like my chicken. He can bite me. He said it was too sweet.

argh! i can’t win. he has a really picky pallet. palet? whatever.

but yeah, he is sorta like my dad and it’s annoying. my mom would cook WONDERFUL food, and he’d always be turning his lip up and saying it was too much this or not enough that. Baboo is EXACTLY LIKE THAT.

ugh!!!!

I think there are like 3 things I make that baboo likes.

oh well.

he can just DEAL WITH IT.

Jonathon got sick today. I guess he had diarrhea and threw up. Poor thing. He’s resting, but that definitely means he’s not feeling well. Poor baby.

I’m glad I don’t have those symptoms. I hope I don’t GET them.

ugh!!!!

Guess I’ll get back to math and BBD (Blue Blue Dress, my story, for those that asked) and get through the last 2 hours of the day.

blargh!

Eww on the water bottle. Man, you’ve got to get that divorce handled. Or else hire a hitman…..joking!

Ok first – make baboo do the cooking if he doesn’t like your stuff (bet that’ll change his tune quick enough) ;o) Secondly – plastic bottles are a bad thing to reuse. The more you use them the more cancer causing agents that get released into your water. Mike has a travel mug with treads and he has the same problem with the grey slimy gunkyness. *shudders* Invest in a metal bottle for under 7 bucks (Canadian, so like, less than 3-4 bucks for you) from wal-mart – that’s what I use and it’s easily cleaned with no gunky residue – EVER. :o) It’s even pretty and blue!

I like to run mild bleach water through my husband’s camel bag when I get ahold of it because who knows when the last time it was cleaned properly.

I always answer the door without pants on, it keeps the greenpeace people from asking me for a donation. Although there was that awkward moment when the girl scout came by selling cookies….

Yeah… We discussed this in my Environmental Science class, plastic water bottles aren’t really sanitary. Now ask me if I care. Cause I don’t. But that is so gross about the grey goopy stuff. And the guy from your work? Scary. I’m always afraid of that happening to me or someone I know.

I’m glad he’s being really serious about moving in with you, that’s a big step for him! Yay!!!! Now I want to go clean my water bottle… ick :S

bleck.. the mental image makes me want to vomit

I was doing that for a while at my old job-I’d just fill up the water bottle with the water from the cooler. It wasn’t until I started to smell this mildew smell that I realized it was coming from the bottle. I recycled it right away and never used a plastic bottle again-those things are a breeding ground for nastiness

Wacky stuff here !

I’ve heard that you aren’t suppose to reuse water bottles …. now I know why! And I agree with previous noter, you should make him do the cooking and then he won’t complain so much.
