I’m in the Losers Club

Well, the luncheon was decent. There was some good chicken, but the prime rib was tough and chewy. Yummy desserts. But I did NOT stuff myself. I was very well behaved.

there was a drawing with at least 50 prizes. Because they let people win twice, there werwe a lot of us that didn’t win.

That’s right, I was in the losers club. It was mainly hats and envelopes with 50 bucks. I could surely use 50 bucks right about now!

Oh well. *le sigh*

I have to remember to pay my bills tomorrow before I go out Christmas shopping. I think I’m gonna end up the mall.

EWWWWW.

I hate the mall, especially around this time of year. but it’s the only place I think they sell a certain thing I want to get for Baboo.

We’ll see.

I don’t have much work remaining in my 1.75 hours of work left, but I’m gonna go do that. I didn’t get to work on my story at all. Oh well. Maybe tomorrow when I get in from shopping or something. I got three Christmas cards in the mail last night, but I didn’t open them because I only saw them as I was running out the door this morning. I shall open them and gush and gwash and post pictures!

Maybe. If i’m not tired.

ha ha.

Off to work with me. I hope everyone is having a good day!

ryn: I don’t know if I ever answered your question but no, we don’t have family in FLA, just going for the sake of it. Sort of just to chill and relax for the week.

Ugh. Finals week has me so behind with things here. lol But I’ve caught up! We had to go to the mall too for Christmas shopping, for that same reason. It was hellacious, but not as bad as I thought it’d be.

&re: My grandmother had a neighbor once (more like her landlord) who had an entire room dedicated to this miniature lego city he’d built –I mean the thing was MASSIVE– he also had train tracks going all over his house with a little train. And, I think he was in his 30’s. So hey, at least you won’t be alone! lol
