blame it on the dub step

 

I was listening to some seriously heavy dub step while writing the previous entry. It might haVe made me feel a bit … excited. Some of the lyrics were, I kid you not, "I want to kill everybody in the world"

yep.

ANYWAY.

I got housework to do. I’m trying to get my shit together and not give my husband anything to stress on.

and by the way NO we still have NOT had any sex.

Almost 2 years.

and he has shown no desire at all.

it’s pretty depressing. don’t even get me started.

who knows.

so away from that stupid topic.

Ummm…

My baby is cute! lol. he is bad too. he likes to get into stuff and when I said "give that to me!" he’ll pretend like he’s going to hand it over and then run the other direction laughing. he also likes to point at things and say "ohhhh!" it’s adorable.

No real words yet, but I have a feeling when he does start talking it’ll be a barrage of words that will never end. He does babble a lot though and is using new sounds. I like when he is just in his own little world talking and singing to himself.

He loves music. He will still wake up out of a dead sleep if a certain type of song comes on so that he can dance to it. He’ll be half sleep just bouncing and waving his hands. It’s really crazy but adorable.

Jacob, my middle son, is running for class president! He is in the 5th grade. i remember trying to be the Treasurer in that grade. I don’t even LIKE math or money or adding, but it was the only thing nobody else really wanted to do. I got beat though. ha ha.

 

We are going to make him a good little campaign poster and he wants to hand out little cards with his picture and "vote for me!" on them to all of his classmates. this all has to be done by FRIDAY. And he has to write a speech. I think the poster will have to be enough.

 

I’m starving. I had this incredible gnocchi (sp?) last night. SO GOOD! It was in alfredo sauce and had chicken. NOM.

I only wish it had some color. it was just all white. I’d have liked some green. I don’t know why. what green goes in alfredo? NOTHING!

blurgh.

Maybe some pepper.

WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT.

I’m just hungry.

I gotta get back into cooking. My husband has been spoiling me with dinners out!!!!

tonight I’m gonna make chicken teriyaki, one of my specialties. I wish I had some red and yellow bell peppers though.

I only have green.

Oh well.

I’m super excited about writing. And compiling with others. I’m totally serious about having people write with me! It doesn’t have to be intense. this is an anthology of stuff, so it can be as simple as a poem (haiku’s welcome!), to a few paragraphs, to a journal entry, to a character description, or a full short story. It will be fun!

 

Anyway… my  hands are so dry I think the skin might start looking for a water source, so I’m gonna go moisturize (I just cleaned the kitchen and dried them out with washing dishes! Oh the trials of housewifery, lol) and then do more laundry.
