1 ounce, 1 inch…

 

My sweet 1 year old had 6 shots yesterday…. SIX!!!

He did so well, and only got a little sad and sick near the evening and went to bed early. He is back to his perkly little self and that makes me happy!

He is such a character, and so smart.

Still not teeth!

He has only gained 1 ounce in 3 months! lol. And he grew 1 inch as well.

That’s fine with me. I sorta like knowing he’s essentially the same size as he was at 9 months. The Dr. said he’s jsut fine and well within normal range, so there we go!

It’s a miracle he is allowing me to write at the moment. He normally "senses" I’m trying to do something on the computer and comes over and begs for attention. And then when I give it to him he runs away. I guess I can’t win! lol.

 

It’s alright, I am so blessed to have this time with him. I realize it’s al ot different from what I remember. Essentially, my step mother had all of this time with my other kids. I had the weekends, but that is nothing in comparison. The feeding and getting him on a nap schedule has me feeling like all of it is new. Idon’t mind.

I love it.

 

I had some other things to say, but at this point I just wanted to come write a little about my baby.

I’m boring as hell ya’ll it’s okay, I know I am!
