RYN: I’m finding a lot of my problems are food allergy based – weird, no? I found this page: http://www.cfs-recovery.org/gastroin.htm – this person’s not a doctor, but there’s a lot of sense to it – for me, wheat or worse, OATS – wow, acid and burping all over the place and painful boils on my back I once put down to acne. I eat meat, eggs, fish and low carb veg and it clears up. Try it!
RYN II: I’m thinking that Ireland, Wales, and Scotland share a genetic legacy that had little or no contact with Rome during her expansionist era – Rome brought wheat, grapes, rabbits, etc. to the Isles – If you could track Roman contact dates in Western Europe, you could probably link populations to wheat allergies/alcoholism/diabetes/B12 issues as well as cruel stereotypes about drunkenness.
RYN III: Cruel as they may be, I’m wondering if sterotypes require closer examination – they might be loud red flags indicating seemingly unrelated problems. Ex.: ethnic related drunkenness may also indicate a need to look closer at the real problem so that it can be identified and solved.
cool…thanks!
