starting over (again) and sticking to it
so, i’m starting my whole trying to get fit and eat healthy thing again….i’ve already quit drinking soda, well for the past 2 weeks anyway…..i’ve made up a daily to do list, that includes tracking my calories, exercising and homework and housework and of course journaling, even if it is just a small little entry.
for anyone who is interested, a friend of mine showed me a website that is free, and it helps you track your calories, exercising and calories burned…..it’s a great tool…they even have video streams for exercising… the website is http://www.sparkpeople.com
so anyway, here’s to a great start, i will keep myself motivated, i will stick to this plan that i’ve made….so if i get all whiney on here, please please kick my rear and tell me to get back to work 🙂
