Day 2
so it is now day 2…i felt great when i woke up this morning…..i’ve already done my strenght training this morning, 10 mins worth, have a few more exercises to do in that area, but kiddo needed me…..then i’m planning on doing some more cardio workouts….the videos on the site rock…this is a very easy program to follow, if you stick with it that is…..
i ate with in my calorie goals yesterday, and i even stopped the whole waking up in the middle of the night hungry….with the advice from some of the members on sparkpeople……i ate 1/2 a cup of grapes and drank a bottle of water right before bed and i didn’t wake up at 2 am starved….well i woke up at 2am, but didn’t even think hungry…..so that’s a small *big* step for me……
here’s to a great day 2 and moving toward day 3 😛
oh and i finished my whole to do list yesterday…working on todays
