classes

so my sociology class is going great, it’s not the normal read from the book, take down notes…our prof wants us to argue, he wants us to yell at him if we think he’s wrong. direct quote from first day of class "if i call you an ***hole, i expect you to tell me off" so one of our first inclass assignments was to watch Full Metal Jacket, and we had to answer a few questions on the movie dealing with what our chapter is going over.  basically he wanted us to relate the marine corps to sub cultures and explain why we felt they were or were not a sub culture.  it’s only been a week into the class, but i think things are going to be great in there.

my psychology class on the other hand, it dry and boring.  the prof hands you an study guide then his lecture pretty much follows that, so if you do the study guide you are completly board, but if you don’t do it, there are things on the test that he doesn’t go over in class….so since the test are open notes, i guess being totally board in class isn’t so bad, just wish it wasn’t 2 hours straight…

then i have anatomy class, which is completly interesting….we get to disect a brain this week….yummy not a whole lot to really say about that class, lots of notes

so i’ve made it through the first week of classes, and i’m not stressed at all, which i really haven’t been since i started back, just real busy

well i’m sitting at the art gallery i work at, been open for like 6 minutes and i don’t really have anything to do today unless customers come in, so i’m going to hit the books and  use these 5 hours to my advantage
