Just had to share…
My beautiful little girl…
with the blue filter on the camera.
A Cassie self portrait. She’s learned how to switch the camera on and take photographs of herself, so we often get hilarious snapshots at funny angles. I really like this one, most of the time we get an eye or up her nose!
Cassie having a ride on Fern, the pony.
The woman in the picture is Paula, Dan’s middle sister.
I love my little girl.

RYN: My second stage of labour was nearly 3 hours with Inayah. After she was born she would scream each time she was put on her tummy, and her pelvis was found to be misaligned. When we took her to a chiropractor at 7 months she said that the pelvic problem would have most definitely had been a result of Inayah’s birth, as 3 hours is far too long for a baby to be compressed like that! After one adjustment she loved tummy time. Pelvic/Spinal misalignments are quite common in babies, but they go undiagnosed due to chiropractic/osteopathy still being considered alternative here. When I worked as a Chiropractic Assistant, my boss used to give loads of babies “tune ups” and the difference is amazing!

They are all totally different and have completely different approaches.. Look at Lucy’s compared to mine. She’s got a young man who suffered himself and I’ve got Elizabeth Taylor as mine. One thing I will say though… OD has made mine a bit more complicated.. Or not, I don’t know. Because I write most things down in here, when I talk about them to the people I love they come out logically. If I didn’t have this place then I guess I would be normal and would walk into that room, sit in the chair and completely break apart. Key thing is to just go with it and say what you feel like saying. The first thing they should tell you is that there is never any right or wrong answer.
