Phrases and Expressions I Can’t Stand

Weekly theme: What phrases or slang expressions most annoy you?

More and more new words, phrases, and expressions are being added as time passes.  They change so quickly that I always feel left behind.  Unfortunately, they are also worsening, so I can’t stand more of the words, phrases, and expression.  Many of them are very discriminating, nasty, improper, and bad influences to society.  For example, I can never get myself to use cuss words.
