Missing the Childhood Days

Weekly Theme: What do you miss most about your childhood?

I still wonder how I handled so many classes and activities in high school and college.  In high school, I was all right with all-nighters.  However, in the middle of college, I began getting sick from them.  Over the years, I start getting headaches and dizziness if I don’t sleep enough.  Even worse, I can’t seem to physically handle as much as I used to.  I really missed the days when I was physically stronger and able to get more things done.

After the age of 12, I didn’t want to grow up, because I would be facing many stereotypes and responsibilities.  I enjoyed those simple and carefree days with less to do.

I really miss the time when people had better personalities, and good lessons were everywhere, especially in stories.  Before people had more kindness, manners, social skills, modesty, respect, honesty, and decency.  Now, almost everywhere I go, it’s unpleasant people, especially those who are rude, arrogant, and improper.  When I was a child, many stories contained good lessons and happy endings.  Now, modern stories are often bad influences to society.  Everything is just getting worse.
