Zombie Apocalypse Heroes

If you were in the middle of a Zombie Apocalypse, what 5 movie characters (not actors, characters) would you want on your survival team?

Rules:

1.  Must be a movie character

2.  No super-powers.  Superman does not qualify, but Batman does (he is human with no super powers to speak of).

3.  All team members must be protagonists (no villains)

4.  Justify your team members as best you can.  🙂

Here is my list!

1 – Ashley J. "Ash" Williams from Evil Dead/Army of Darkness. "Good. Bad. He’s the guy with the gun." Plus he’s used to zombies and what not. And using a chainsaw where his hand was to carve up some undead bastards!

2 – The Terminator (T-800 model). Hard to kill, good with guns, and I circumvented the rules a bit. Being a machine is not a superpower and he was a good guy in T2 and T3. Plus, no matter how many times you kills those damn things, they always send back another one.

3 – Col. James Braddock! One of Chuck Norris’ best characters. You can’t fucking kill the man!

4 – "Dirty" Harry Callahan. Big gun. Bad attitude. ‘Nuff said.

5 – Snake Pliskin. (Escape from New York; Escape from L.A.) There’s nothing the man can’t do and even less he can’t kill. Surf? Yep. Half and full court basketball shots? Yep. (Side note: Kurt Russell actually made every single one of those baskets himself. No edited shots with someone dropping them in. With a fucking eye patch on. Suck that Larry Byrd!) Kill shit? YOU BETCHYA’!

There’s my 5 people. Not that I can’t handle my own in the Zombie apocalypse (already prepared, just waiting for the zombies), but if I get to have back up, those are my choices as far as fictional movie characters. Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson’s character in Death Wish) and Frank Castle (The Punisher- he has PLENTY of his own ammo and survival skills) were also contenders.
