that was quick

i’m amazed at how quickly that was resolved. 

other than the short amount of time i was pulling my hair out, last night was really a wonderful night.

quest went quite well.  sometimes we run over because we have so much to talk about… but usually not by 2 hours.  i don’t know how we get on such crazy tangents through the course of our discussions, but we do.  and i don’t mind at all.  the only thing is, last night’s discussion reminded me of how stubborn and ignorant some people can be.  as my friend Jon said, a small piece of knowledge can be more dangerous than a whole lot of ignorance.  he certainly hit the nail on the head with that one.  i wish it were easier for people to be open minded.  especially when the only reason why they are holding onto their beliefs is because they are their beliefs.  never mind that they have no fact to back it up…

after quest was swing, though we missed most of it due to quest.  i don’t really mind, it was beginner lesson night, so i didn’t miss too much.  the important thing is, i got to swing dance!  it’s been almost two months; one due to winter break, the second because of my broken arm and thus unbendable elbow.  now that it bends, i can swing, though my shorter cast does get in the way and i don’t like that at all.  oh well.  i’ll take what i can get.
