Starting: 181.4 
Last week: 164.6
This week: 165.4
Loss: +.8 lb
Total So Far: 16 lbs


I know I should not be upset but I am.  I know that I didn’t eat anything I wasn’t supposed to I exercised, although I didn’t last night because I feel yucky and I just wanted to curl up with my blanket and kindle once Noah went to bed because I had the house to myself while Dave was at band practice.  

I will go to the gym tonight…and tomorrow.   I don’t usually exercise on Saturday but maybe I will..depending on what we have to get done.

It could have been worse, I guess.  I know that this is the way losing weight goes.  I also need to remember I am bloated the most in the mornings as I cant usually get my rings off.  

*sigh*

I can’t let this get me down.  My first gain in 7 weeks.

I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 7 weeks!

I bet next week u have at least a 2lb loss. That happens to me sometimes. Regardless, 16lbs in 7 weeks is pretty awesome. Keep up the great work! I’ve only lost about 23lbs in like 20 weeks but I’m ok with that as long as the numbers keep going down.
