Weigh-in #4
I cant believe this is my 4th weigh in! One whole month!!!
Starting: 181.4
Last week: 173.6
This week: 170.0
Loss: 3.6
Total So Far: 11.4 lbs
I am happy with that. 11.4 lbs the first month not to shabby. I hope I can lose at least 5 lbs a month. If I can do that I can be close to the 140’s by Noah’s 1st Birthday (June 1) which will be where I was almost at before I got pregnant. That is a very realistic goal. And If I keep at this, I will be there.
A lot of that loss is due to being sick all weekend and not eating much, nor exercising for that matter. I had my first real workout last night since last Thursday. Ugh. I felt horrible not doing it but do you know how hard it is to workout with a horrendous sinus infection? Im scared about eating "normal" again. Afraid that Ill gain that weight back, but If I keep exercising I should be ok.
Speaking of Noah’s 1st b-day up there, Ive already taken that day off since it falls on a Friday :). I plan on taking him to the Zoo for his first time. I think he will be old enough to enjoy it :-).
My weight entries will remain public. Some picture entries will be public too. The rest will be friends only.
My cousin is home from Wisconsin for the weekend. Im excited to see her tomorrow. I miss her. She will accompanying me to the gym. I need some girl time 🙂
I dont have to much to publicly write about right now.
