Crap

I am def not happy with myself.  Although I should not beat myself up because I had one bad in in 4 weeks.  Yesterday was bad eating wise.  It could have been worse though.   I’m just mad at myself.   Its a minor set back.  But its monday, a new day.  I have 3 days before weigh-in and 3 days to undo the damage.  Maybe I needed a bad day.  I was carving certain foods.  So I gave in.  Over the past week I avoided so much temptation.  And my house is filled with cookies, chips, cupcakes.  I have not touched any of it in 1 month.  I mean I did not engorge myself in food yesterday.  For lunch I had some pasta salad my papa made and ONE hotdog (where before I would have 2), for dinner I ordered Dennys to go.  Bacon Cheeseburger and fries.  Dave and I shared some onion rings too.  I didn’t eat all the burger though..maybe half.  I did stop because I was full. I gave the rest to David.  I had a few jelly beans and some cheese puffs.   

Oh well.  right?  What is one day?

As long as I don’t let the one day carry over to today and tomorrow and so on.

We all slip up sometimes. I had a couple days this week where I went a couple hundred calories over my maximum. You’re right that the important thing is to not continue the bad eating. I doubt it will even impact ur weigh-in much if at all.

Dude, don’t do that to yourself. Statistics say that people who don’t limit themselves when it comes to snack, lose more weight because they dont gorge! Good luck, and you are soooooo good at this, I’m sure you’ll lose it anyways!

One bad day is okay just don’t let it fall into th next day. You NEED to eat a little of the foods you are craving. if you crave a cup cake eat a sliver of it and eat it slow… dont limit yourself too much or you will binge eat! <3 and hugs

I’m trying hard too and have had a few slip ups (I work at a restaurant almost everyday) just remember you’re still doing great, and you can jump right back on track 🙂 I never deprive myself of things because I feel like it makes it worse. Hang in there! There’s always a new day

I think you did great! My biggest issue is that I eat until I get physically sick… I would LOVE to be able to eat “bad” food in moderation. Balance is my ultimate goal!
