this week was whack!
this week has just been crazy… i feel like i’ve slept less in this week than i have in years… maybe even pre-university. maybe 3 or 4 hours a night, which leads me to a nap during the day which then, of course, leads to insomnia at night. i’ve really messed up my circadian rhythm (is that how it’s spelled?) so anyways… it’s 2:30am and i really should go to bed. when i wake up, and hopefully i’ve gotten a good rest, i will write more about this week… or these past few weeks. i always seem to do this – write about what i’m going to write.
Ever think about trying to stay up until the NEXT evening so you get back into your normal sleeping cycles? It sucks ass but it can be done 🙂
