Offerings Three
Slippery slope giving
Luxurious under sky
Softening the raining
Pounding into why
Demons come on blackened feet
Darken light and light defeat
Fractured art of light defined
Sweetly placed, lost to time
See the facing of the crowd
Speak the words of hope aloud
See this heart, see this face
No more demons to replace
Ribbons flowing with the breeze
Dark as endings seem to seize
Shipwrecked ending of heartache
And unto you the bile breaks
Grind and slip through my veins
Lifting heart, yield no pains
Darkened fingers, darkened hand
Leavened equaled, all to plan.
ryn: thanks. how are you doing?

Very good, as always. RYN: Of course you’ll help with the shopping! You goose. I’m sorry I missed your call today. I misplaced my cell phone and didn’t get it back until about 6:45 tonight. Don’t freak out too much about the flowers or the shoes, though. I’m trying to swing it in such a way that flowers will be minimal, if present. And shoes are not a huge issue. 🙂
