Here is the Update…Yay!

So yay I finally get time to update.  I haven’t been around on the internet for awhile because I had a crappy computer and even crappier internet.  On Friday I got a brand new laptop.  I’m so excited.  It’s so nice and shiny.  I love it.  And I also have cable internet now.  So hopefully I will be around much more. 

Work is going well.  I’m working towards a promotion which hopefully I will have within the month.  My district manager called and talked to my boss and asked for a performance review.  So I’m keeping my fingers crossed.  I have several big projects I’m working on at the moment and it has been stressful.  The biggest project I have going on is resetting the cosmetics wall.  It has been a bitch.  I finished phase 1 on Thursday.  Started phase 2 today and got 2 sections finished which is more than I thought I would.  Hopefully tomorrow I can get 3 sections done and the last 2 on Wednesday.  It was a large task to take on my own, but I wanted to do it to make sure that it got done right.  I have had my night shift beauty advisor, Brittney, helping me and she has been amazing.  She isn’t up to par on actually setting the fixtures, but we figured out a system that works.  I set the fixtures and mylars and she goes behind and sets the product.  Makes it go so much smoother and quicker.  I just can’t wait for it to be finished.

I had a 3 day weekend this past weeked.  On Friday Jeremy and I went to my parents house.  Randi met me there and dropped Jaden off because he was spending the night with me.  I haven’t spent much time with him lately and it was awesome.  I love my Butt-Butt.  He is 16 months already.  It seems like just yesterday I was watching him come into the world and now he is getting so big.  We stayed at my parents house for most of the afternoon so he could play with the kids.  Then we went to Best Buy and bought my computer.  We went to dinner at Old Country Buffet because the little man can eat and he eats free.  I can’t believe how much he eats.  It’s crazy.

We came home and while I set up my new computer and installed WoW(one of the reasons I bought the computer and more on that later) Shawn had Jaden on my bed and they were watching cartoons together.  Jaden fell asleep at like 7:30 and he slept until 6am on Saturday.  So awesome.  I let him stay asleep in my bed and just curled up with him.  The boy can radiate some heat too.  He keeps me warmer than Michael.  Saturday morning Michael came over when he got off work.  He is working overnight shifts for awhile because they are doing inventory.  He got to the house about 8 am and Jaden and I had fallen back asleep.  He woke us up and Jaden was happy to see him.  Very cute.  Michael helped me give Jaden a bath and get him dressed.  It was funny because Michael has almost no experience with kids and has no clue what to do.  Then Michael took us to breakfast. 

After coming back to the house we watched some tv and played around.  Then took a nap because Michael was tired from working all night and Jaden was getting cranky.  After Jaden’s nap I took him home so Michael could get some sleep. 

When I came home Michael helped me get into the groove of playing WoW.  And yes I am now addicted.  Michael brought his computer over a few weekends ago and showed me the game and convinced me I should try it.  So I did.  And I loved it.  So yeah…anyways.  Michael left to go home so he could get on WoW and we could play together.  I figured it would be something that we could do together that we both enjoy.  But yeah seriously it just causes more arguments lol.  Not really, just minor irritations. 

Let’s see…James and Mary moved into the house behind mine, so I have more space now.  I moved into the big room and gave Jeremy my old room and Shawn took Jeremy’s closet room lol.  It is seriously nice.  I have more space and I feel like I can breathe again.  It was alot of work though because we had to clean it out and paint it and shampoo the carpets before I could even begin moving my stuff in.  They had totally destoryed this room.  But it’s all good now.  I have most of my stuff the way I want it but I still have a few boxes to go through and figure out where I am going to put everything.  But I am glad they moved out.  Jeremy, Shawn and I are like family.  They are my kids lol.  More like my brothers actually.  We do alot together…Cook together most nights, watch movies, play WoW, and just hang out.  We’re family…awesome.

But that is about it…Work, WoW, and sleep is pretty much all my life consists of most days,  but for once in my life I can honestly say that my life is pretty much in order and I am happy.  Took me forever to get here, but I never gave up and here I am.
