Okay, so the counseling appointment was okay. It went better than expected. I wasn’t as nervous as I expected but you know…it was a scary ordeal for me. I am glad to finally have someone to talk to. I have generalized anxiety disorder. She reccomended that I see my doctor and get a prescription for anti-depressants. Yeah right. I don’t know. Maybe and maybe not. She also encouraged me to go back to school. I don’t know…probably not. But I definately have to see a doctor. I am going to call a new doctor on Monday. See when I can get in. I wasn’t nervous until I sat in the counselor’s office.
