HELP!

I am sitting here because I can not find an answer and i am so lost! i can not focus on anything because I am having constant spots in my vision. What is this from?  I can barely read the screen, thank God for 5th grade typing class!:P

Has anyone experienced this? If so, please let me know.  I have called my doctor and I am waiting for her to call me back
