Bubble No. 59: Survey Yoinkage, Once More!

Meant to be completed by those ADULTS out of high school.
Tired of all of those surveys made up by high school kids?
‘Have you ever kissed someone?’/’Missed someone?’/’Told someone you loved them?’/’Drank alcohol?’
Here are some questions for the people who are a little more mature…

1. What bill do you hate paying the most?
~At this point? My student loans. *merf* Who would have thought education would end up being such a pain?

2. Where’s the best place to eat a romantic dinner?
~I tend to die giggling through romantic dinners, as I am abnormal. *snerk* However, the closest so far (and therefore most enjoyable) is the Samurai on Mesa in El Paso, Texas. ^_^ Gooooood sushi. 

3. Last time you puked from drinking?
~The only time I’ve been drunk, I didn’t hurl. (Which surprised me a lot, actually.)

4. When is the last time you got drunk and danced on a bar?
~I was dancing on the staircase, thank you very much.

5. Name of your first grade teacher?
~I totally cannot remember. I was skipped out of first grade after two weeks. (They decided I was too advanced for it. *snerk* In everything except math… There are times I miss those basic math skills.)

6. What do you really want to be doing right now?
~Sleeping, really. *yawn* Ninja and I were up -late- last night. (Or early this morning, take your pick.)

7. What did you want to be when you were growing up?
~Jessica Rabbit. Seriously. *snerk* I’ve wanted red hair all my life. As a profession? You name the -ology and I wanted to do it. ^_^ I was an ambitious child.

8. How many colleges did you attend?
~One! New Mexico State University. (With any luck, I’ll hit up grad school in the next two years. *crosses fingers*)

9. Why did you wear the shirt that you have on right now?
~The red one reading "Angel" was what I wanted to wear. The dark green Subway shirt over it, well…meh. Polo shirt uniforms suck.

10. GAS PRICES: First thought?
~*meep*

11. If you could visit anywhere and take someone with you…
~Egypt, and probably Ninja. (The jerk can pick up something written in a foreign language and just read it…and make it sound right. *smacks ‘im*) Or the British Isles and Wuffie-luv. I know she’d like to go back. Maybe to Japan with Ninja and Gummi?

12. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?
~ "…die…kill…morning…why?"

13. Last thought before going to sleep last night?
~"Why the hell does this bed take forever to warm up?"

15. Favorite style of underwear for the opposite sex?
~Anything except those damn white briefs. *facepalm* Gack…you want to talk about absolutely -boring-…get some color in your pants, men!!

16. What errand/chore do you despise?
~Probably dishes. I hate doing dishes. Just…gah.

17. If you didn’t have to work, would you volunteer at an art gallery?
~I’d be more likely to volunteer in a library. Books are more my speed. *purr* What can I say? I AM a bibliophile/mancer.

18. Get up early or sleep in?
~Sleep in. I loathe mornings.

19. What is your favorite cartoon character?
~I’m guessing anime doesn’t count here? In -that- case, Garfield.

22. Are you planning on remaining in your current field?
~Once I break into it, I don’t want to break out. Here I come, publishing world!!!

23. Do you see yourself married in the next five years?
~Probably not in the next five years. Maybe ten.

24. Your favorite lunch meat?
~I’m getting more and more veggie oriented as the weeks pass, but I do like turkey or chicken.

25. What do you get every time you go into a Wal-Mart?
~*ponders* Recently it’s been clothing. *snerk* After losing all that weight, 3/4 of my clothing doesn’t fit any longer. (That and it’s just fun to pick out new things that I know will look nice. Three cheers for becoming female-ish!)

26. Beach or lake?
~Lake. Slightly less threatening to my sense of earthbound security.

27. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?
~I think marriage will never truly fade away, (Unless the world goes total Aldous Huxley), but it’s an individual choice. For some people, it never works. For others, it’s a dream come true.

28. TV show you miss?
~The X-Files. *wistful sigh* And watching Mythbusters. *whines* I want cable!

29. Favorite guilty pleasure?
~Cookies. Just about any kind, but Oreos and soft chocolate chip are *purrrrrrrr*

~*thinks* I’m actually rather blatant about my likes/dislikes, so it’s not THAT big of a secret, but probably ‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.’ ^_^ I like Howard Keel.

~Usually anything laced with caffeine and sugar.

~I was always switched from one to the other. But those feathers are damn sexy…

~Both! Lawful Good vs. Neutral Evil! Woot! (Neutral Evil wins, because Lawful Good is dumb. ^_~)

34. Do you cheer for the bad guy in a movie?
~Quite often, if he’s a worthy villain. I like the bad guys. (Dr. Hannibal Lecter, for instance. *purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr*)

35. What Hollywood star do you think resembles you best?
~*blink* Uh…none? We haven’t done that face recognition program with me yet. (Gummi resembles Ashley Oleson! *dies of hilarity*)

36. If you had to pick one, which cast member of Lost would you be?
~…the one that stayed at home, off the plane?

37. What do you want when you are sick?
~Sleep. Lots of it. Warm blankets, a good book and a LOT to drink. (Not alcohol, you freaks!)

38. Who from high school would you like to run into?
~Gordon. *nodnod* We talk now, but I’d really like to SEE him.

39. What radio station is your car radio tuned to right now?
~KLAQ: Gotta love the Q.

~Neither. I don’t watch much TV.

~…*blink* What are those?

~Honestly? I don’t have a specific hate list. Idiots would have to be the big choice.

47. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?
~*ponders* Other than Tanith Lee in all her fantasy goddess gloriousness? Possibly Anthony Hopkins, or Akhenaten. ^_^

48. What famous person would you like to sleep with?
~Other than Tanith Lee, for all her fantasy goddess-ness? *snerk* I still cling to my "Harrison Ford at 32" dream. (We’ll get time machines one day…)

49. Have you ever had to use a firearm?
~HAD to? Nope. Done so for amusement? Yup.

50. Last book you read?
~’Murder of Angels.’ Extremely good read. Written in present tense, no less. I was fascinated!

(51 hated the question, shucked it and ran for Mexico.)

52. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?
~Oddest moment of tooth-brushing was doing so in a hotel room across the street from where I work while Gummi and Ninja were groaning over a particularly horrible death in Resident Evil 4.

53. Somewhere in California you’ve never been and would like to go?
~Cliche, but Los Angeles and Hollywood. (I’ve read a lot of Francesca Lia Block.)

55. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or relationship?
~Career is where I’m trying to get, but damn…that relationship thing just fell out of the sky! (Damn ninja powers…)

56. Favorite Winter Olympic Sport.
~Bob sledding. *snerk* I really liked ‘Cool Runnings.’

57. Pencil or pen?
~Pen! I was traumatized by a pencil at a young age. (It sounds horrible, I know…but gahhhhhhh…NEVER AGAIN!)

58. Ancient Egyptians or Mayans?
~*snerk* Pointless question. You make it seem like there’s a choice to be made. Let’s see…possible human sacrifice verses a glorious society that gave women proprety rights… hmmm…

59. How many jobs have you had?
~*thinks* Not counting that ‘one day’ job, four.

(I really feel like there should be a 60 here. It probably ran for Canada while 51 took off for Mexico.)
