Parade

I walked in the Christmas Day parade, handed out candy, and picked up children’s letters to Santa. It wa nice. Not too cold even. The cutest grandson in Decatur was there! I didn’t even know they were coming. Gabriel’s cousins were walking in the parade with their school.

My sister-in-law is on a train from her arrival airport to the little town of Mattoon a few miles from here right now. She will be home tonight! Home, right in the little town where she spent half of her childhood. For the first time in some 6-7 years. Hooray!

I am off for 10 day starting tonight.

I just can’t get into the TSA grope or be photographed naked hysteria. Does that make me a bad Libertarian?
