2 days before thanks giving. will have to start thinking about what I have to be thankful for. I have definitely been in a negative mood lately. I’m sure the physical limits I have experienced lately contribute to that. I need to start practicing what I preach. let go of negative thoughts, let go. let go. refocus on something positive. concentrate on that. I just watched a video on the base chakra, a short few minute exercise refocusing positive thoughts. something I will have to practice over and over today.
so not going to write about the negative frustrations and worries, …. moving on to positive, red warm healing light. surround me, soothing me. let go.
also want to try to change my photo. guess I’ll work on that. distraction is the other skill that keeps one from thinking of negative things… I do that a lot 🙂

I hadn’t thought of distractions limiting negativity but that is what gets me out of the pits also!

when i’m in a negative mood, i read. when i’m mad, i read. when i’m sad, i read. when i’m happy, i read. i read all the time for all sorts of reasons. i try so hard to keep negative thoughts away. they do tend to bother me at night and keep me awake. hard to make them go away in the dark of the night. prayers your physical problems go away soon. take care,
