another day

no snow on front range of Colorado. and it was in 60’s yesterday!! oddest year ever. 60 in mid December!!! what is going on? not that I’m complaining. love it. but waiting for the blizzard to hit…

my good friend of GJ, is traveling to Texas end of this month to visit an on line friend, she says an old friend of family–her brother in laws male friend–that she has been talking to for some time now. she wants to see if he is "the real deal". so she is taking train into Denver , where I pick her up and then next morning she flies out on my middle child’s buddy pass to town in NM . (frontier doesn’t fly to Texas anymore) and who knows how she gets from NM to Texas… I’ll have to ask her… a friend picks her up on way BACK through new Mexico, and takes her home –girl friend is returning that way anyway…. so a bit a hopping around and she saves a few bucks. but I only see her for a few hours. guess its better then nothing. I always admired her sense of adventure, and determination. here it is in action, even in her 60’s,…

wendy and I  will try to drive to GJ this weekend, Wendy driving the truck. bet it snows! (my luck)

you all stay warm and dry!

i still have a few good friends on the front range of the rockies in the denver suburb areas. i miss colorado weather… it’s never the same and difficult to predict and you just never know what’s gonna happen from one day to the next. wish i could talk my daughter and her family to move there. take care,

We have loved the chinook winds too. But more snow is coming.

Have safe trip this weekend. You must live somewhat close to where my great aunt used to live. It was close to GJ – Grand Valley. Have cousins in Rifle and Clifton.
