still fighting the cold. had to take yesterday off, mostly to get emissions test on truck and license fees done, but that’s accomplished now. and I’m still sniffling this am. still have a list of things to do. and "hurricane cassidy" went through the house and now its totaled again. but that is how it is with kids. esp small ones. I’ll miss her when she is gone.

I must say I totally admire my youngest daughter’s mother skills. she tickles and makes cassidy laugh, she hugs her when she cries, and sets her in time outs, and talks to her reasonably. I’ve never heard her yell at her child, never seen her lose her temper. she is calm and steady. all in all a great mom. (I wasn’t that good !) so I admire her. and again. will miss her when she is out of state.

I still have to get in the crawl space and figure out how to drain the sprinklers. it is getting cold at nights! had the heater on yesterday most of the day. all those things yet to do.

but off to work to day. take care everyone.
