I’ve been worried about my Aussie friends on this site… did the floods over there affect any of you? course if it did and your out of your home, you would not be on you computer, would you? well hugs to you all. hope it dries out soon. Last year was the strangest weather ever. here in Colorado, there was no snow to speak of until last week. and now its cold and some snow still remains… but that long dry stretch for us was very odd.

my middle child came home with a weight loss tape, hypnotherapy. the first part was 2 hours, I fell asleep I think somewhere on the mental beach, drawing numbers in the wet sand….5,…. 4. …. didn’t make it to 3 I think… and work up to do a bit more of the tape amazed that it was a hour later…. so will have to see if this helps. one is supposed to listen to a 20 minute tape each day for 20 days after wards…

now if there was a tape to get me to do the housework….

I tried that many years ago and it seemed to work. But if you don’t stick with it, it wears off. With 3 little boys, I didn’t have time to stick with it on any kind of regular schedule.

The floods are nowhere near me thank goodness. With all this weird weather it’s not so much a case of ‘if’ a big weather happening gets us, it’s more a case of ‘what’ and ‘when’ I think.
