people make me sick
Now, I am not the skinniest person ever. I know that. I am not happy with that, but for some reason I can’t get myself to be motivated to work out. I need to though and I am going to try some new things.
Anyway, on to the real purpose for this entry. I was just on the yahoo! site and saw this headline about Jennifer Love Hewitt. I love her. I love her on Ghost Whisperer. There were pictures taken of her at the beach in a bikini. People were posting these pictures saying how disgusting she is, and how revolting her body is.
I saw the pictures, and you want to know what. I think she looks like a normal woman. Not a size 00 who starves herself just to make the paparazzi happy. She has her curves like every other woman in America.
If guys think that every girl weighs 100 pounds and has no cottage cheese and no ass and big boobs, then a lot of them are going to have a hard push into reality when they see that isn’t the case.
She went on to defend (even though she didn’t have to) herself in these pictures saying that she isn’t a size 0, but a 2. and she is happy with the way she looks, butt, thighs, hips and all. She also went on to say that she wanted to make this statement more for the women out there that don’t like their bodies. She said that we were all still beautiful.
Even though I still hate my body, it makes me feel better seeing those pictures because now I know that you don’t have to be a sickly twig to be happy and beautiful. You just need to be healthy and happy with yourself and the way you look. You shouldn’t care about what people think.
I think that statement from her is all I needed to make me feel better about myself. I am beautiful. I have hips, thighs, and an ass! and you wanna know what, the only person who I care about liking them, loves them all!!
Being a real women means having curves and eating what you want. Not starving yourself just to be like everyone else.
I could never give up food. I love it and you only live once. So why make it miserable by not eating what you want?!
I will continue to eat what I like when I like. I will exercise and be at the goal weight I want to be at for my wedding.
Thank you Jennifer Love Hewitt for saying what needed to be said for a long time!
Hell yes! I’m not overweight, but I’m no size 0 either. Or a size 2 (though I used to be). And I’ve found that people find me more and more attractive the more I put on–because I’m curvier. And because I’m more confident about it. Rawr. As long as you’re healthy and happy, go for it, ladies.

it’s easy to say that when you’re a size 2, that’s hardly meaty. but i agree that women shouldn’t have to live in fear and sadness over thier weight.
