bread

I made bread last weekend and it turned out ok. It was just really dense. It definitely didn’t rise enough.

So, that went in the garbage and I am trying again today.  So far it seems like it is turning out ok. It’s doing its rising thing right now. It has to do that for another half hour or so.

It is so nice out today. I don’t have the windows open, but I have the shades pulled up because sunlight is good for me.  I am getting such cabin fever. I can’t wait until spring when I can sleep with the windows open. I love that so much. I can’t stand having all the windows closed for so long.  I love clean, warm air.

I called work today and they put me on the schedule for this weekend.  I called and said hi to my boss and told him that I was going to be in this weekend and he like jumped and said "can you work this weekend?" so fast. Do you think they miss me? haha. I hope they do. I miss work so much.

I know what you are thinking "how can she miss work?"  Well I have a lot of friends there and I just love it in general. Also, not having a job at school is driving me nuts. I am so used to having so much to do. My class load is really small and easy and I have no job. So, I am constantly do things for the wedding and cleaning to keep myself occupied. 

I am just really looking forward to seeing everyone and having stuff to do. 

I know that my mom has so much stuff that she wants to do for the wedding. But I am so strapped for cash that I am not going to buy anything!

I have $640 in the bank. I have to pay my car insurance in 2 weeks and that is $450! so I will have $200 left and then I am going home so that is money for gas. I am so screwed! I need my refund check from school so bad! I am getting $3200 back. $1200 goes to rent then I have to order my dress ASAP. So, that will leave me with $1500. I am hoping to work A LOT in the next week, so maybe I will walk away with $300. Maybe. I can’t even think about it. I am going to stress too much.

I am so screwed. I think I might need to ask my dad for the money from my grandma so I can survive!

Ok, I am off to clean, change the sheets on our bed, finish laundry and maybe bake something?
