Good News Bad News

So the rental place turned us down. They have some stupid rule concerning your earnings.  They take how much you earn a week collectively (whoever is on the application) and divide it by 3. (who knows where they get that number from) and if that number doesn’t equal how much rent they are charging within a certain range, you get turned down.

But on the upside to all of this, the rental place I currently am with, had a place come up for the same price, much much closer to the city than the other place was, and even closer than I am now.  Put in the application almost right away, and have a really good chance of getting it, will know by tomorrow!!  We haven’t had any problems with them and they love us, and I think they’d really prefer people they know than going through the process of finding someone new and calling all their references.
