Thoughts

I forgot to mention this morning a ton of things. I kinda of petered off, and just stopped mid thought. The cool about the test today is the the positive showed up seconds before the control line did. I thought that was so funny! Even though it’s such a good thing, I’m very happy to see the lines getting darker. I’d take another one but honestly, I don’t have more, and I don’t think the lines can get darker. I’m just so excited! I’m forgetting everything though, and I’m tired, and the worse part is people don’t even know I’m pregnant because it’s too soon to show. So my tables probably think I’m just a shitty server. I don’t even care, because I’m going to be a mommy! I can’t believe this is finally happening. I was beginning to give up hope on ever getting pregnant, I’m still waking up thinking it’s all a dream. I hope it feels more real later on down the road.

Yes I have severely cut down on the work I’ve been doing at work. No more lifting heavy things, even though I feel incompitent I ask someone to do that for me. I feel lazy though, but it’s not worth it to me. I’d rather feel lazy than risk anything with the baby.

I called my parents and told them. My dad’s excited, but he never shows it, so it’s hard to know. I’m torn on whether to ask them to come out after the birth. I really want my dad to see his grandchild, his first, but my mom is another story. Maybe my dad will just come out, and my mom will want to stay in California. I guess I have a good 8 months to figure it all out.

When are you going to start telling people? I couldn’t keep my mouth SHUT! LOL! But I think next time for baby #2 we’ll wait until I’m 3 months pregnant or so. Who knows…maybe I’ll still have that big mouth of mine..heeh.

Its great that you are cutting down on things at work.. from being someone that has problems with pregnancys.. id say.. dont lift anything over 15lbs.. and always were shoes that have thread on the bottom.. I learned that the hard way.. I slipped and fell at 23weeks.. and ruptured my membranes.. not good.. but my daughter was a trooper.. and it teething..lol
