Paintshop When Life Gets Crazy *picheavy*
Yesterday was Sheena’s 22nd birthday! We hung out for a bit, went out to Chili’s for yumm-O food, and shitty service. Our waitress sucked. She even IDed us, and didn’t notice it was Sheena’s birthday. Well how the fuck could she have been checking the Id then?
I’ve discovered a new tool recently in paintshop, so I’ve been fiddling around with that. Of course it’s spectactular, because, come on, it’s me. I kid. Yes pictures will be availiable. Of course you knew this from my entry title. Paintshop, photo editing, photography, it all calms me. I can just snap a perfect shot, and work it, and take my mind off all the stress.
Looking at these pictures, reminds me how much more I need to go out. I’m only 22 but as Jodi refers to me I’m "The youngest 35 year old ever" and "The oldest 22 year old ever". She’s freaking fabulous! I remember back in high school you couldn’t tell who was your friend, because the drama was always there. The backtalking and the cliques. Now if don’t like you, I simply choose not to socialize with you. Simply. I love that word. Everything can be so simple in life. Things often get over complicated by thinking too much. I love enjoying who my friends are, I love WHO my friends are. They are awesome people, and it makes me feel good that I can say that and mean it. They might make me mad, or say something I don’t want to hear, but honestly I appreciate that. I do the same. True friends appreciate why something is said or done. Maybe you needed to hear it. I like who I’ve become. I’m proud of myself. No one needs to tell me. Cari, I need to call her. I recently told her I never hear from her, and I’d like for her to call more, but I do need to extend it back. And bug her to update more. I doubt she’d love a phone call at 6:30 in the morning on Cali time.
Jess had another round of chemo day before yesterday. He looked really bad this time. You could almost see the chemo coursing through his skin, he was so green and yellow. His immune system is down to.08 which means no more fresh fruit or veggies. At this point if he gets sick, I’m not sure he’d survive it. He’d definately have to be hospitalized. Last time he got sick, he really did think he was going to die. I don’t know how he does it, how he keeps fighting. The chemo only keeps the cancer from spreading, but eventually the cancer will kill him. Men, get that prostate check. Jess is definately a fighter, I just don’t know if I could do the same at 76 years old.
Pictures from the other night

Me & Jodi
Me & Janet (who is one crazy black motha fucka)
The sunglasses I got Sheena for her birthday. She loved them. That girl loves her sunglasses! It’s adorable! She sat there and admired the pairs of sunglasses she now has, and I shit you not, she reminsenced over a broken pair of black ones. She sat on them accidently on the trip back from St. Lious.
An adorable picture of myself and hubby, at our finest. We are so perfect for each other, it’s impossible to describe! Yes that’s my natural lip color, with a touch of clear gloss over them.
The sunset to Chili’s
Let’s get personal
I think Chili’s has had problems with people parking lately.
This morning’s fog. That’s all fog, not the sky. If it was the sky, you should be able to see a slew of houses. You don’t therefore it’s fog. Execellent logic.
And now my b&w/color photoshopped pictures. I knew how to colorize b&w photos before, but the way I did the process was complicated and limited the coloring of the photo to one piece. This way is simple (the best way ever), and I can colorize as much, or as little, as I want. I will be coloring photo’s for a few friends if wanted, so just note me. Remember the pictures have to be in color already. I cannot colorize already b&w photos. Kimmie, I would love to do a few of Adina. I think she’s a perfect canidate.
This is Cari. I love her. I re-did this black and white from my wedding. We all thought MY boobs were big. See were I didn’t realize I too had big boobs. Here I did the dress, earring, necklace jewels, and headband.
Another photo from my wedding. Here I colorized the windows, the sky, and the fountian. Plus the flowers and a few greens. I love the look.
Cherokee Princess. Here I did my eyes, earrings, and straps.

Me and Jodi. Here I just simply colorized the neon signs and building behind us.
Don’t laugh, but I have those *exact* sunglasses. They’re my favorites.

I wish I had PSP, it looks like you can do so much cool stuff with it. My sister has a sunglasses addiction too. I ended up giving her my Versace’s when she was home this summer. They just looked too good on her — way better than on me! 😀

last time i went to chilis we had terrible service. we waited for ninety minutes for our food & the server kept brushing by us and saying over his shoulder that it’d be ready in just a minute. as we were leaving, we learned that one of the cooks had sliced his hand open and had to be taken to the emergency room, which we’d all totally have empathized with if we had known what was going on. <P> i always love seeing your pictures! those colorized ones are beautiful.
