"We Belong Together"

I had a horrible day at work yesterday. It was fine until the end, but I don’t wanna mention it. I’m too pissed about the situation. I just wanna drop it, and forget it and move on. My entire mood was funked after work though. Not to mention I had only seen Chris for literally 5 minutes that day and I was missing him so much.

The night got better when he got home. We had a romantic dinner of Taco Bell and pepsi, and watched an uncut version of The Sweetest Thing on Comedy Central. I think I fell asleep right after the end of it. I don’t remember much except that Chris was next to me and his legs were on mine. He’s still sleeping of course because he’s getting ready to pull the famous all nighter. Every Monday he does truck for Cracker Barrel at 4am, so on Sunday he stays up until 6am sleeps almost until he has work and then stays up all night, does the truck and finally gets home around 10am. I think its so stupid he still does the truck but its only for another month I hope. He’s just sticking around until the new guy gets the hang of it. He’s such a nice guy, he doesnt want to leave his buddies dried out.Everyone at Rafferty’s likes him of course. There’s a big sports tournament in town right now, teams from over 15 states from high schools I think, and Rafferty’s has been super busy and will be this week. Hopefully tonight I can make some good tips.

Clarksville is such a mismatched town. More than not you meet people that are from different states than people who live here. And if you did move here people always ask if your military. If your not you get the third degree about why you moved here. Sad that they don’t think this town is worth coming to unless your military.

I got scared last night about everything changing. Everything’s so different here. I miss San Diego, and home, and my friends. I wish we never left. But I knew I had to or I would lose Chris. i’m glad I came only because I have him. But it sucks not having anywhere to go, and having no friends to hang out with. Sometimes I feel like all I have is Chris. I hope that doesnt sound unhealthy because I didnt mean it like that. I cant wait for the day when we can go back and visit. I don’t know if I’ll learn to love it here. After his parents are gone I don’t know what will keep us here. I know Cali is too expensive, but there has to be somewhere we can move thats not so blah.

this website is pretty neat, if you’re curious about other towns you might want to think about living in, even if it is just for fun! http://www.findyourspot.com

What state are you in? Is it at least close to Cali?

You should try Las Vegas or Portland. Both are around Cali and both are gorgeous and affordable. I have been reading the back entries. Congrats on trying for a baby in Dec.
