Happy Thanksgiving

Im feeling very blessed today. After a long day at work yesterday I headed home at a quarter to nine. Appearently many people from out of state dont know what an on ramp is. Or what MERGING means. I saw the car in front of me put on their brakes, so I put on mine, and then I saw the cars in front of them slam on their brakes. I knew I wasnt going to stop in time, so I verged onto the shoulder, and the guy in front of me did as well, so I had to swerve even father over to aviod hitting them, and then swerve back to avoid hitting the ditch. Me and that white car came within 5 inches on hittting each other at 30 miles per hour. But Im a damn good driver, and avoided that. Everyone managed to escape disaster and make it back on the interstate and on our way. Well then the guy behind me decideds after seeing all of that, he wants to tailgatre. OH FUCK NO! So I slammed on me brakes. Didnt even give them a warning check. WEll he backed off quite quickly and far. I was still shaking and I was doing well over the speed limit. Mother fuckers like that caused the first scare. And all I could think about the whole 5seconds of terror, is that I didnt call Chris and tell him I love him when I left work.

Im so thankful that those tornados missed us and we have a home over our heads. Im thankful that my mother and father in law are still with us, and going strong. Im thankful for the friends I’ve made out here, the only thing keeping me sane in this tiny town. I’m thankful that God has watched over this family and kept us safe so many times. And Im even thankful I get my period, because it lets me know I can eventually have a baby, when God decides to bless us.
