A Jumble *w/pics*

I’m in a picture posting mood, so pictures I post. I didn’t get those sunset shots yesterday as the thunderstorms prevented any light to shine through. So hopefully Thursday or Friday will be the day. I’d like to get sunrise pictures one day. First I’ll have to retrain my mind that sleep at 10pm is good. Mod chatting on AIM has really started screwing up my sleeping habits.

My hair is getting long, but it’s not really long by my standards. I’d love to have it fall past my elbow line. instead of right at. It is long enough now that I have to to the Lara Croft Tomb Raider style braid.

Brian is moving Friday. I get really weepy thinking about it. He’s been a good friend, a fun guy, and such a sweetie.  He’s leaving to go care for his grandma, who needs him. So he is going, and I understand, but it still hurts to lose a friend. Brian is from California like us.

This is Santee Lakes, one of the 7. I spent a lot of my childhood and teenage years here. My dad worked at the Water District next door, who also owns the man made lakes. It’s a ghetto place, but there were good times. And all the staff knew me, and pretty much let me do as I pleased.

This is the freeway I drove on for 19 years of my life. I love the hustle of San Diego traffic.

A Fantabulous rainbow outside our house here in Tennessee

Sheena and Vince freshly back from Cancun.

And this little cutie is Sheena’s son. He isn’t Vince’s, and yes he’s multiracial. Tyler is black, korean, and Italian. God, multiracial babies are so beautiful!

This is Sheena’s step sister, and our manager at work, Mo. I heart her! And that guy is Mo’s friend, Troy. He was a cool guy.

This hottie (yes ladies he’s single) is Brian our good friend for 3 years. He’s moving to the Arizona, Nevada, and California border area.  We are going to miss him.

These are Brain’s animals, minus the spider. The orange frog, I love it!

The cobra snake. Yes I look this picture through the glass, I’m not that brave. I like that I caught his tongue action. I didn’t notice until now.

One of the camiens. The other was sleeping under his pond.

He’s a friendly looking guy huh

And I always marvel at the US having 4 lanes… wow 🙂 Only our M25 around London is like that! Everywhere else is 3 max (4 for short sections while things are merging)

RYN: Actually I should have said reptiles as I was trying to encompass the crocs and the snake in the same category. We don’t have camians here (never heard of) although we don’t have any snakes/crocs etc natively anyway, only in zoos. Not hot enough here! Wow 6 lanes… sounds like chaos!

ryn: aren’t beagles THE BEST??? I only have one beagle (I also have a chihuahua, a shep, and a pit)but for a long while I was a foster mommy to sick & abandoned beagles from the rescue I worked at. Hubby and I now do small scale dog rescue from home, but take in almost all breeds (when we have space). But I like beagles best!
