I need “Clean Sweep”!

Another beautiful, sunny day!  And since i went to the doc for (another) sinus infection Fri and got some medicine to get started healing, i’m able to enjoy it without the nagging pain in my face.  It is a good thing!

I had to miss work Friday, tho, dang it!  I was going for six months straight…and made it nearly five.  I don’t even start accruing leave time till 6 months…then i have another six months before i can use it.  So…my paycheck will be a little lighter…*sigh*

Yesterday, Pete got started on my deck– me and the girls have to walk across the frame on a couple of 2 x 6’s for now, but it’s WON-derful to see progress being made!!

And, after much confusion, my shed was delivered last Wed.  Now, if Ant just gets a little time to help me put it together!  If i had the time, i’d try it myself today (it’s vinyl and most of the parts are supposed to be “snap together”).

And…when we get the shed together, i can move all my shed stuff out of the front bedroom and actually make that into a bedroom!!  Pete also brought me a twin bed yesterday that they were getting rid of, so, i’m good to go!!  I can’t wait to get the rest of my place organized– the computer room and front bedroom are still totally unorganized and driving me crazy!!

I think i need “Clean Sweep” to come help me out!!

This afternoon, i’m supposed to go clean at j’s, since i couldn’t yesterday because of the deck.  I’m not sure i was quite up to it anyway…

And pooooor Tickles desperately needs a bath!!  I got Doodle in and out of the tub yesterday and she looks and smells MUCH better.

Today’s my Chant’s birthday.  He’s seven.  Hard to believe my sweet little boy is seven.

Anna turned 15 last Wed.  I never get to see her because she spends every free moment at Dawn’s mom’s.  I just hope things are going well for her…15 can be such a tough age!!

The kid’s last day of school is Thurs.  That’s also the day that j goes to Atlanta to have the polyps removed from his pancreas.  He seems to be feeling a little better lately and i’m hoping and praying that that’s a good sign.

Ok, i’m nearly finished with my cappuccino and ready to start the day…i think!
