HEY, ya’ll!!

I haven’t desserted my OD buddies–PROMISE!!  Life just seems to be zooming by and i either don’t have the time or the energy to get here.  Man, have i got some catching up to do–i miss you all!!!

I’ve learned that moving two people with all of their "stuff" into a single-wide mobile home is NOT easy.  In fact, a bit of magic is in order to make it work.  We’ve been married 8 weeks and the disorganization is making me CRAZY!!!  Ok…crazier.

I got a call last Sunday morning that my daddy was in the hospital–his heart rate had soared to 159!!  It’s turned out for the best, so far, since they kept him for tests and observation and finally, after about 15 years, they actually caught on the monitor his erratic heartbeat and put him on medication to stabilize it.

It’s been bad, being soooo far away from my folks.  I just wanted to be there, even though i couldn’t pray any harder there than i could from here.  I think just knowing my folks betterer from living close for a couple years made it that much harder.  I’m SOOOOOO thankful that Soph is there–she’s an angel!!  She’d wait each night for Mom to get home from visiting Dad in the hospital and go over with homemade soup to visit and make Mom laugh until she calmed down enough that she could sleep.  Like Soph doesn’t have enough going on in her life…i love that girl!!  I don’t think i’ve ever met anybody with a bigger heart…’cept maybe my mamma.

Many projects are calling my name (DANG it!!) so i’d better get going.  Love and miss ya’ll BUNCHES!!!!!!!!
