Things I Need to Tell Myself
Jay is NOT Aidan. Jay is NOT Chris. Jay is a good guy.
I have the RIGHT to be happy. I have the RIGHT to be free of anxiety and fear. I have the RIGHT to have a happy relationship.
Put faith in my relationship with Jay.
Take it slow. If it doesn’t work out then it’s not meant to be. I deserve love and if I won’t find it with him, I will with someone else.
I’m a good person. I’m loyal to Jay always. I’m a great catch with alot to offer to my boyfriend. If someone can’t see that then it’s their problem and I will walk away.
Think positive.
Jay is kind and warm. Jay reassures me. He will not go back to his ex, his actions have proven that many times.
Go with the flow. Allow yourself to miss him. Allow the warm feelings.
It’s ok to care!
Don’t be jealous or scared, it drives people away. Show him that you care and trust him.
Don’t over-analyze things.
TRUST.
Believe things will work out for the best!
Yes! 🙂 Like I said, I get good vibes about Jay. I think he lives by that motto “Do unto others as they would do unto you”? 🙂 ~*Samantha*~

“think globally, act locally” use that instead of “I have a right” you’ll scare people less 🙂
