Pictures to Prove

We, well by we I mean Shawn went over and gave our "landlord" our two month notice on Sunday, along with our last two rent cheques. She had been backing out of the driveway so Shawn didn’t have the time to talk to her about it, so we didn’t hear from our landlords until today when she msged me this "Just wanted to tell you that I got your letter the other day, thank you. Also just want to say that we never intentionally not make the repairs, we just didn’t have the money. As you’ll recall, we had dealings with a bank a couple of weeks ago and now things are looking much better. I have lined up someone to come over to the house to look at the roof and basement tomorrow at 7pm if that’s ok. Wish you would reconsider, since you are such good tenants, but I understand. So, I hope it’s ok if Bri and I go over tomorrow at 7pm." So I called her and told her about Shawn getting sick and how it wasn’t a decision we made lightly and it was a loosing situation for us because we don’t really want to move but for the well-being of our family. Today I went and cleaned the basement, and left the horrible mold stand out like crazy, I have a few pictures to show you what I’m dealing with.

So now you have an idea of the mess were dealing with, and that’s just mold, never mind the saggy roof in the porch from all the rain we have been getting the last week or so, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Onto a better topic, look what I went and picked up today,
