Somethings
Yesterday, I got an 86 on my American Government test. One point from an A (he curved the grades because the highest was a 98). I didn’t feel like I did so well on the test because there were a few questions I had to guess on.
I just want to congratulate beautiful*starr for coming clean about her relationship *hugs*.
Anyway, I have no idea what I am doing this weekend. I might go see a movie this weekend or something. Perhaps I could go to the mall and buy some books to take with me next week. Next Tuesday, my family and I are traveling to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving. I don’t mind going, but sitting in a car for 16 hours sounds blah :-P. Actually, I’ve travelled to St. Louis in a smaller car (hehe I used my aunt and grandma’s lap as pillows when I was younger :-P). I’ve travelled to Detroit in a van, Oklahoma twice, and Canada in a charter bus. What I have also done is trying to download as many songs as possible (about 5 hours worth). That way, I can alternate reading books and listening to music.
There are a few things that have annoyed me lately: MSN chats, people who have attitudes, and people who do not acknowledge your greetings.
The one thing I dislike about MSN chats is the porno whispers. It’s like, everytime you’re on there, you’re bombarded by requests to watch a girl’s webcam, free porno *rolls eyes*. Also, most of the chats aren’t really good. However, on Wednesday, I met two pretty cool people from a chat :-).
I was reading an old entry from one of Beth’s diary and her attitude sickens me. I really dislike people, not just Beth, but those who think they are better than everyone. Lastly, I dislike people who are conceited or anything of that nature.
Just yesterday, there was this girl in my Astronomy class who didn’t wave or said hi or anything when I said hey. The first day of labs (well, the first Monday of the semester), there were students who went to lab thinking it would be in session today. Anyway, we hadn’t met for Astronomy class yet so we were all looking kind of clueless. This girl asked me where was the Aderhold Learning Center (the newest addition @ Georgia State University) and I told her I would show her where it is. Along the way, we talked and talked about things; the same happened on the way back. After that, we slowly stopped talking. I realized that we’re not good friends or anything of that nature, but she could at least say hi every now and then.
Lastly, I am forbidden from calling Rachel just because I am in college. Her parents know that we are just friends and that’s as far as it’s going. I think it’s kinda stupid especially since they don’t know me or anything.
If it makes ya feel any better about the girl not saying hi to you, there’s a guy here who doesn’t say hi to me even though we slept together multiple times last year… Bet he’d say hi if girlfriend broke up with him too.

hey! hmmmm i dont like people who are conceited like that…..it just really bugs me how self-absorbed people can be…….thats just not right about your friend Rachel i guess some parents are just way over protective and dont hear about all the good things and people in college welp talk to you later Joce

I knew plenty of conceited people in high school, especially one girl who was the lead in our brass band. I’d say ‘Hi’ to her and she’d just blank me and walk on by. Now that I’m in College, and all her friends have left her, she says ‘Hi’ to me. Some people are just so full of themselves and come crawling back when their so called ‘friends’ have left them *Grr at conceited people*!

You know, it’s probably because her parents don’t know you that made them decide to forbid her from speaking to you. If they knew you, I’m sure they’d know you were a good person. And there’s got to be a reason why that girl doesn’t say hello… Ask her why and give her the freedom to be honest. *hug*

I say hello to everyone and I try to give everyone a smile even if I don’t know them. Just the way I am. *hugs*
